We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales to meet project and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and design sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with project scope and budget.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the department.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Art Source's offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in sales for interior fit-out or similar project-based roles.
Proven track record in handling B2B project sales, preferably in commercial, hospitality etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
