Job Description

A Business Development Executive for a business setup advisor is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for business formation services, guiding them through the process, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

New Business & Lead Generation

: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research and outreach.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Consultation & Strategy

: Advise clients on business structures, market feasibility, and strategic planning to align with their goals.

Documentation & Compliance

: Guide clients through legal requirements, prepare and review all necessary documentation for business setup, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Project Management

: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless and timely execution of business setup projects.

Sales & Negotiation

: Present services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Post-Setup Support

: Oversee and follow up on post-setup services, such as opening corporate bank accounts, accounting, and visa processing.

Market Expertise

: Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and changes in business regulations, particularly in the UAE.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally with a focus on business setup services. Strong knowledge of business regulations, free zones, and company formation procedures, especially within the UAE. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage.
