Sales Executive will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide interior Fitout services.
Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants, and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, and organizing marketing events.
Securing and closing new fitout contracts with assigned target markets in Dubai.
Follow-up on new Projects/business opportunities coming up covering the complete the UAE market
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline inclusive of a private villa and other construction projects.
Must identify, develop and maintain relationships with Consultants, Contractors & Joineries to pursue sales leads, promote products, and conclude orders.
To work towards the achievement of sound, sustainable and exponential growth in business with a view to retaining the position of a market leader in the relevant segment.
To identify key influencers and decision-makers amongst the customers and develop an action plan to further strengthen the relationships.
To acquire a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and propose the right solutions for each requirement
To acquire comprehensive knowledge of furniture fitting products and solutions to establish new business opportunities.
To be able to read and understand architectural drawings/installation instructions, as required for the job.
To understand the price structures clearly and correctly in order to be able to bid/offer to outplay the competition while simultaneously meeting the gross profit expectations of the company.
To possess the ability to resolve all issues and problems faced by the customers and to deal with their complaints and suggestions in a manner to retain the customer\xe2\x80\x99s trust and loyalty.
To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort.
To play the role of a responsible contact between the customer and the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal support teams.
New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
Job costing, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
Sales Executive is involved in both strategic planning & day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with min. 2 yrs. of sales exp. in UAE
Proven Sales experience within Fitout industry in UAE preferred.
Solid awareness of Fitout service guidelines, asset and cost management.
UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
