Responsibilities: Business Development Role: - Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads for potential projects and partnerships in Dubai. - Client Engagement: Contact potential clients, attend client meetings, and represent our company at networking events. - Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and pitches for new projects, supporting idea generation and proposal writing. - Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous development of systems, rate cards, and company processes. Marketing Support: - Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in developing and executing marketing strategies for our brands and partners. - Initiative Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to the table. - PR & Events: Manage PR and event opportunities to enhance our brand\'s visibility. - Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and influence. - Cross-Promotion: Leverage marketing and cross-promotion opportunities for our brands, partners, and influencers. - Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and production team to effectively promote our activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development and marketing. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Knowledge of the Dubai market and business landscape is a plus.
