Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)
About Us
Hygiene Fresh FZE is a leading manufacturer and distributor of washroom hygiene solutions, including dispensers, air care products, cleaning chemicals, tissues, and detergents. As part of our aggressive growth plans, we are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales presence in the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate new business through cold calls, field visits, and client meetings
Identify, approach, and close corporate, hospitality, healthcare, facility management, and trading clients
Manage and grow key accounts while maximizing revenue from existing customers
Conduct regular market visits using a company car to achieve and exceed sales targets
Present products, negotiate pricing, and close deals confidently
Develop distributor and export opportunities where required
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in B2B sales of air care products, cleaning chemicals, detergents, disinfectants, tissues, or hygiene solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter-mindset
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally when required
Self-driven, presentable, and excellent in communication
