We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to grow our recruitment agency's client base. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and generating manpower requirements across blue- and white-collar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment services
Pitch recruitment solutions to companies across various industries
Generate job requirements and close service agreements
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Requirements
:
Proven experience in business development or sales (recruitment/HR consultancy preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of UAE manpower market is an advantage
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in blue-collar & white-collar hiring
Existing client database is a plus
UAE driving license (optional but preferred)
