Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client manpower requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular management reports
Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2-4 years of proven sales experience
Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing and client servicing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
