Handle inbound calls, customer inquiries, and follow-up on leads
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to potential customers
Maintain and update customer databases, lead sheets, and CRM entries
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up for closure
Conduct telemarketing/telecalling activities to generate new leads
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets
Manage email communication and respond promptly to customer queries
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in inside sales or telesales
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of the relevant industry (manufacturing, retail, tech, etc.)
