Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare sector Drive sales growth by promoting and upselling relevant healthcare services and solutions Generate new business opportunities through networking, field visits, referrals, and industry events Deliver professional, consultative presentations tailored to client needs Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, client feedback, and follow-ups Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only

healthcare or hospital industry

is essential Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Strong passion for business development, sales, and relationship-building

Valid UAE driving license

and

access to a personal vehicle
