Responsibilities:
Set the target market especially events, exhibitions, mall activations and brand activations
Keen on looking out for potential customers
Learn about the companies product and services
Keep updated with latest trends and technologies
Keep the event calendar, set goals and accomplish it
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience of sales in Events & Exhibitions / Brand Activations / Advertising / Mall Activations/ Digital Marketing
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
Excellent leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
