Key Responsibilities

  • Create market awareness for Sharaf DG Energy Solutions within the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets
  • Develop and execute an annual business development and sales plan aligned with defined targets and timelines
  • Build and maintain a strong client base and sales pipeline across utility, oil and gas, commercial construction, and ESCO retrofit segments
  • Manage end-to-end energy project sales including lead generation, BOQ review, product selection, commercial proposals, negotiations, submissions, and deal closure
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and performance reports for management review
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partner brands
  • Perform basic energy audits for lighting retrofit projects when required
  • Handle bid submissions and ensure timely responses to RFPs and client enquiries
  • Represent the business at relevant industry exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events
Ideal Profile
  • Three to five years of sales experience within MEP supply or related technical sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
  • Availability to join immediately or within a maximum 30-day notice period
  • Working knowledge of lighting design software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
