Role:
We are hiring a
Business Development Executive
for our Dubai Al Karama branch. This is a telesales-focused role aimed at increasing admissions and managing relationships with existing students.Responsibilities:
Manage existing students to ensure satisfaction and retention. Call provided data to convert leads into admissions. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments. Conduct follow-ups on potential leads and guide them through the admission process. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and admissions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
