to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, portals, and company resources
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and property suitability
Prepare and manage property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
Coordinate with developers, landlords, tenants, banks, and legal advisors
Manage documentation, contracts (Form A, B, F), and transactions until closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
