Position Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic, hungry, and results-oriented Business Development Executive. Your primary mission is to drive sales growth by acquiring new corporate and individual customers, managing key accounts, and implementing creative strategies to increase both dine-in and delivery orders. This is a ground-level role perfect for someone who is energetic, loves food, and thrives on building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and onboard new business from corporate offices, nearby businesses and residential communities in and around Dubai. Corporate Tie-ups & Catering: Develop and manage corporate lunch deals, weekly meal plans, and small-scale catering orders for meetings and events. Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction. Handle negotiations and close deals. Delivery Platform Optimization: Work closely with platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo, and Noon to leverage promotional tools, improve visibility, and manage customer reviews to boost online sales. Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management. Maintain a clear record of sales leads, client interactions, and revenue generated.

Basic Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month (based on experience).

Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in the UAE F&B, hospitality, or quick-commerce sector.

A hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Personable, presentable, and passionate about food and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
