We are hiring a
Business Development Executive
for a well-established auditing firm in Dubai. This role is focused onclient acquisition and revenue growth
across audit, accounting, and advisory services.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, and advisory services Build and manage relationships with SME and corporate clients Present firm services and convert prospects into long-term clients Coordinate with internal audit and finance teams for client onboarding and engagement execution Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion tracking Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives
Requirements
1-2 years of business development or client-facing experience within an auditing firm (mandatory)
Practical understanding of audit, accounting, and advisory services Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently UAE experience preferredWhat We Offer
