To manage sales inquiries and convert assigned leads into clients during designated working hours, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up on assigned sales leads in a timely and professional manner
Present company services clearly and confidently to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all client interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Previous sales experience is preferred
Target driven, proactive, and customer focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and work under pressure
Language Requirements:
Fluency in
English

Proficiency in
Malayalam, Arabic, Hindi, Pashtu, Turkish, or other regional languages
will be a strong advantage
