is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a creative and client-focused Marketing Executive to join our team.

We are not looking for someone who not only runs ads -- we need a creative thinker who can understand clients' needs, develop marketing ideas that deliver real results, and help generate more business for our company.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and coordinate with our internal team of digital marketing specialists, web developers, and designers to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and present innovative marketing plans and ideas tailored to each client. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Coordinate with the internal team (digital marketers, designers, web developers) to ensure smooth project execution. Suggest creative and result-oriented marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and propose improvements. Communicate professionally with clients via email and meetings in English (Arabic preferred).

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing or client management within the UAE (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Good understanding of social media, Google Ads, SEO, and event-based marketing (exhibitions, conferences). Creative mindset with strong strategic and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or design tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Active social media presence -- please ensure your social media links are included in your CV. UAE driving license preferred.
