Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional presentations to prospective clients showcasing company services, capabilities, and case studies.
Liase with the estimations team to create proposals that meet client requirements.
Liase with the lead generation and the appointment setting team.
Manage the sales cycle from presentation to negotiation and closing.
Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams to prepare client proposals and pitch materials.
Follow up systematically to ensure timely responses, feedback, and conversions.
Support in organizing client meetings, events, and industry networking activities.
Track performance metrics such as lead conversions, meetings scheduled, and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
minimum 3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales (preferably in engineering, design, or professional services).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills -- confident in front of senior professionals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Pipedrive), and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and follow through on multiple client accounts simultaneously.
