Job Description

A sales-driven and a fast moving person with a strong customer focus passionate about creating a value which ultimately leads to profitable business for the company and its customers. Identification of the right decision makers and influencers as well as the courage to ask the right questions will be critical to the success. Must have excellent Communication skills - know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. The candidate will be responsible to sell software products and bring software development projects, meet client, understand and gather client requirements and clearly reflect those requirements to the software development team.

Must have experience in selling IT box products

ELV Sales Experience is required

Responsibilities:



Developing and executing business development strategies and plans in order to achieve the set targets Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings and workshops (2 meetings) per month through different sources Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition Driving new product sales Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume Come up with presentations to demonstrate product features and sales pitches Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities Working with our partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned customer accounts Working with global and local Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory

Requirements:



Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection Experience in selling Software licenses & services Project management, organizational planning, and execution skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
