Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and inbound leads
Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients and understand their business needs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth areas
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to represent the agency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling SEO, PPC, social media, or web development services
Existing network of potential clients or industry contacts
