Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Attend client meetings, events, and networking sessions when required
Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident in client handling and closing deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
