JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. New Client Acquisition (Hunting Focus):
Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and field visits.
Close deals on the spot with strong negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition.
2. Consultative Selling & Client Engagement:
Prepare and present customized service proposals based on client needs.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitor pricing and service offerings to position our consultancy effectively.
4. Relationship Building & Follow-ups:
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Follow up persistently with leads to ensure conversion.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain CRM records of sales activities, leads, and closures.
Work closely with accounting & tax teams for smooth client onboarding.
Must-Have:
? 1-3 years of B2B sales/business development experience (hunting role) - preferably in telecom, B2B, or financial services (UAE experience is a plus).
? Proven track record in cold calling, field sales, and closing deals.
? Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English, Hindi mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
? Self-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented (ability to work independently).
? Willingness to travel daily for client meetings
