About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the tech or AI space to support the growth of projects powered by TeachMeCode. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and can connect technical solutions with real business needs.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand our presence across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with universities, accelerators, coding bootcamps, software houses, and corporate organizations Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through negotiation and agreement Support growth by securing collaborations that bring in students, startups, development teams, and enterprise clients Expand the reach of TeachMeCode-powered projects across MENA, US, Europe, and APAC markets Represent TeachMeCode at conferences, summits, demo days, and digital events to strengthen relationships and market presence Build and manage a strong network of institutional and corporate partners Collaborate with internal technical, academic, and marketing teams to align offerings with partner needs Use data and market insights to evaluate opportunities and prioritize high-impact partnerships
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role Background in tech, AI, SaaS, ed-tech, or digital solutions Understanding of Vibe Coding and working closely with technical teams Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and structured manner Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
