Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach
Pitch company offerings to potential clients and follow up on leads
Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and conversions
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Meet assigned monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn and improve
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
Experience in exhibitions, events, jewellery, or luxury sectors is an advantage
