As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, foster client partnerships, and strengthen our competitive edge within the localisation and translation sector. Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective B2B clients within the Gulf market.
Develop tailored business proposals and solutions to address varying client needs.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clearly articulate our value proposition.
Lead complex negotiations, close new deals, Develop sales plans, and oversee effective handover to client service teams.
Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to spot emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline data and reports to ensure performance tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the localization, translation, or language services industry.
Solid understanding of the Gulf market and client requirements.
Exceptionally strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated track record of successfully building new business relationships and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Adaptable and collaborative approach, thriving both independently and within diverse teams.
Additional Information
Full-time, hybrid position based in UAE.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
