AL HIQBA delivers end-to-end solutions in document translation, attestation, notarization, and business setup across the UAE and beyond. We're expanding and seeking a results-driven, client-focused Business Development Executive.
Job Summary
Responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and growing our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via field visits, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals
Sell translation, attestation, notarization, and company formation services
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, proposals & quotations
Maintain existing clients for repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Track sales activities and attend networking/events to build brand presence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing or related)
1-2 years in sales/business development (industry experience is a plus)
Strong English communication & negotiation (Arabic is a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven
Compensation & Benefits
Salary + attractive commission on sales exceeding assigned targets.
