Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting tailored solutions to clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include market research, preparing proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the firm at networking events, seminars, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Communication Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets and objectives Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in financial or consulting sectors is an advantage Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
