Business Development Executive
Job Description
Develop and manage business for budget-category clinics catering to the blue-collar workforce
Conduct regular field visits to accommodation camps, worksites, and industrial areas in Sonapur, Al Quoz, & Aweer
Build and maintain strong relationships with camp management, site supervisors, HR/admin teams, and contractors
Promote clinic services, medical packages, and preventive healthcare offerings
Coordinate on-site medical checkups, health camps, and awareness programs
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into clinic visits
Track competitor activity and provide market insights
Achieve assigned patient volume and revenue targets
Coordinate with clinic operations and marketing teams for smooth execution
