Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business through networking, referrals, developers, brokers, consultants, and direct outreach (emails, calls)
Build pipeline, qualify leads and convert inquiries into signed design contracts
Liaise with team & pitch interior design concepts, capabilities, timelines, and review commercial proposals
Negotiate fees, payment terms, and scopes of work
Track competitors, pricing trends, and market demand
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact from first meeting to contract signing
Understand client requirements, budgets, and decision drivers
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
Maintain the relationship for repeat business and upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
2-5+ years of sales or business development experience in
interior design, fit-out, real estate, construction, or related industries
Strong understanding of
design fees, BOQs, fit-out scopes, and project timelines
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong local market network (developers, brokers, consultants preferred)
Valid UAE driving license & car (not mandatory)
Office, CRM and proposal management experience
Fluency in English & Arabic
Preferably Female
