Job Summary

SPOK Digital is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital marketing and creative solutions, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals. Promote and sell SPOK Digital's services, including digital marketing, branding, social media management, performance marketing, and creative solutions. Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable digital strategies. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with potential clients. Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals within assigned timelines. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, repeat business, and upselling opportunities. Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM or internal tracking tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1-3 years of sales experience

, preferably in a

digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency

. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work with targets and performance-driven KPIs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage.
