Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for AMC and modernization services in assigned regions. Develop and present maintenance solutions tailored to customer requirements (preventive/corrective maintenance). Conduct site surveys and gather necessary technical details for proposal preparation. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize AMC agreements. Follow up on renewals of existing AMC contracts to ensure contract continuity. Coordinate with service and technical teams for site evaluations and customer support. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs for strategic planning. Ensure timely documentation, contract signing, billing, and payment collection. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management. Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and regular reporting to management.

Qualification & Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)

MBA in Sales / Marketing (Preferred

for advanced commercial and client management skills). Minimum 0-1 years of sales experience in the elevator or similar technical maintenance industry. Strong understanding of elevator maintenance services & standards. Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to interpret technical requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
