We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with strong knowledge of building contracting and construction manpower services. The role focuses on generating new business, securing contracts, and growing client relationships within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads and close contracts with contractors and developers Promote construction manpower services Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders Achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in construction business development or manpower supply Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid UAE Driving License
