Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Business Development Executive to help grow our company. You will be responsible for finding new clients, keeping existing clients happy, and ensuring our products and services always meet their needs. Staying up-to-date with market trends and client feedback will be key to your success.

Qualifications:



Arabic speaker and Fluent in English Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. with Valid UAE driving license Immediate availability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Research & Market Analysis

: Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Strategy Development

: Create and implement plans to grow the business and achieve company goals.

Client Relationships

: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through networking and outreach.

Presentations & Proposals

: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

Negotiation

: Negotiate contracts and deals to ensure favorable terms for both parties.

Team Collaboration

: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and execute plans effectively.

Assess Opportunities

: Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and risks.

Event Representation

: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its services.

Monitor Trends

: Track industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to stay ahead.

Networking

: Build and maintain a network of key contacts in the industry.

Performance Tracking

: Measure and report on business development activities, such as lead generation and sales growth.

: AED [5,000-6,000] per month
