Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in manpower supply, outsourcing, and recruitment services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various sectors
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking platforms Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
Mandatory experience in Manpower Supply / Outsourcing / Recruitment sector
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven, confident, and professional personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
