Business Development Executive to grow our client base and foster long-term partnerships across the Middle East.
Important: This role requires prior Business Development experience within a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new B2B client acquisition through market research, networking, prospecting, and cold outreach
Conduct in-person client meetings and confidently pitch agency services across the Middle East
Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Support contract negotiations and prepare persuasive proposals and presentations
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-4 years of Business Development experience in a marketing, advertising, or media agency (mandatory)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Sales-driven, proactive, and highly detail-oriented mindset
