We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing interiors and fitout company.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fitout sectors
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and scope
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
Understand client needs and provide tailored interior and fitout solutions
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Identify potential market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure alignment on project feasibility
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects post-sale
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, fitout, construction, or related industries

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
