Responsible to grow the sales of composites and advanced materials (Carbon fibre, prepregs, multiaxial NCF fabrics, Epoxy Resin, adhesives, and coatings, and vacuum infusion)
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in composites and advanced materials.
Identify and pursue new clients, projects, to support the sales of composites materials.
Provide on-site support, advises, and troubleshooting for clients across multiple industries.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to raise awareness and adoption.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, bids, and negotiations.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, technical support, and marketing campaigns.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts and contractors.
Act as a brand ambassador, positioning the company as a preferred partner in advanced materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years'
experience in composites/advanced materials industries
.
Strong knowledge of epoxy systems, adhesives, coatings, structural foams, carbon/aramid reinforcements, prepregs, sprints, and autoclave technologies.
Proven track record in sales/business development with technical products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
