We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties and are looking for a Property Acquisition Executive to lead our acquisition efforts in Dubai. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with proven experience in the holiday homes, Airbnb, or short-term rental sector. Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth for our property management services, and building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and developers. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to expand the property management portfolio. Identify and secure new business opportunities with landlords, investors, and developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored property management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Achieve business growth targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in holiday homes, real estate or hospitality) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate/tourism market is a plus Self-driven and target-oriented
