We are seeking an experienced

Business Developer with strong real estate expertise

to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our property portfolio. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and developing long-term business relationships within the real estate sector.

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of property markets, investment models, and deal structures. Proven ability to identify opportunities and close high value deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Ability to build and sustain professional relationships across the real estate ecosystem. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use real estate. Existing network within the local real estate community. Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and development processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
