As we expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our client portfolio and support our growth.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand agency clientele
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research
Present Spok Digital's services to potential clients and conduct sales pitches
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends to support business strategy
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of digital marketing services (social media, branding, ads, content creation)
Ability to work independently and manage targets
Proactive, confident, and goal-driven attitude
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
