Business Development Executive
to manage inbound leads from our website and also build business through external prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert leads received through our website
Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products to retail and corporate clients
Conduct outbound prospecting to acquire new customers when required
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain timely and accurate sales reports
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in any industry
Graduate
in any discipline
Fluency in English
(spoken and written)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to convert inbound leads effectively
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
