Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with real estate companies
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement
Manage day-to-day operations of a consultant office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Conduct market research to evaluate trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use
Support sales teams with negotiations and deal closures
Qualifications
Experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong professional network with developers, brokers, and real estate agencies
