The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting FlyBiz's business setup and corporate services. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and well-versed in the UAE business setup landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online channels, and partnerships.
Consult with potential clients to understand their business setup needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Explain company formation processes, licensing options, free zone vs. mainland requirements, and related services.
Maintain strong knowledge of UAE government regulations, business setup requirements, visa processes, and compliance rules.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and business plans for prospects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
