Job Title: Business Development Executive - Interior & Fit-Out

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the
interior and fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth through effective sales and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads within the interior and fit-out sector.
Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients and upcoming projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and company presentations.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for pricing and submissions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends and upcoming fit-out opportunities.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in interior fit-out business development or sales.
Valid
driving license
for client visits and site travel.
Strong understanding of
interior materials, finishes, and fit-out products
.
Ability to read and interpret
drawings, layouts, and BOQs
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong market awareness and ability to build industry connections.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
