Business Development Executive
to join our team and contribute to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
Promote the company's training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for deal closures.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience
in sales or business development, ideally within the training or education industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
