About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the business. This role suits someone who is proactive, confident, and familiar with the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and contracting sector.
Conduct market research and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and upcoming projects.
Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with project capabilities.
Follow up on leads, negotiations, contracts, and payments.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and project updates.
Represent the company during meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in construction, fit-out, or contracting industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
