1. Position Overview



The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving growth for the company. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong communication skills, an understanding of accounting, taxation, and consulting services, and the ability to represent the company professionally to potential clients and partners.

2. Key Responsibilities



A. Business Growth & Lead Generation



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and international markets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business trends. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, events, and digital platforms.

B. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Present company services (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Compliance, Advisory) to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the primary contact for client concerns.

C. Sales & Revenue Targets



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Track conversations, leads, proposals, and closures through internal systems. Report weekly progress and pipeline status to management.

D. Coordination & Support



Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Tax, Audit, Compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance formalities for all new business. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and digital activities.

E. Strategy & Branding



Provide insights on market conditions, competitor analysis, and service improvement. Support brand-building initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities. Contribute to business planning and new service development.

3. Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and negotiation skills (English mandatory; Arabic preferred). Excellent presentation and client-handling capabilities. Solid understanding of accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and business consulting services (training will be provided). Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms. Strong time management, follow-up discipline, and professional etiquette.

4. Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in consulting, accounting, or financial services). UAE experience preferred but not mandatory. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly client acquisition numbers. Revenue achieved vs. targets. Lead-to-conversion ratio. Client satisfaction and retention. Contribution to marketing and business expansion activities.

6. Employment Terms



Competitive salary + incentives/commission based on performance. Standard working hours and company policies apply. Compliance with office code of conduct, confidentiality, and professional behaviour.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
