We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in
holiday homes or real estate
, strong communication skills in
English and Arabic
, and a passion for the hospitality and property sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new property owners to list their units as holiday homes
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate agents
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential leads
Promote company services to landlords, developers, and agencies
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
Meet monthly targets for property acquisition and revenue
Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure seamless onboarding
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in
holiday homes or real estate industry
Fluent in English and Arabic
(spoken and written)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proactive and result-oriented approach
UAE Driving License
preferred
Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate/holiday homes market is a plus
