A well established Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive (female)
to lead growth initiatives, expand partnerships, and manage sales and supplier relationships across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with clinics, and suppliers.
Identify new business opportunities and manage B2C and B2B sales and distribution.
Conduct field visits and business meetings to drive brand visibility and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve monthly sales and expansion targets.
Prepare regular performance and market analysis reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in pharmacy, healthcare, or distribution sectors in the UAE.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Must be
currently based in the UAE
and ready to join immediately.
