Role Description
We are looking for motivated and energetic
Business Development Executives
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, presenting our software solutions, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
Build long-term relationships with clients
Prepare proposals and follow up consistently
Work closely with the marketing and product team to support sales activities
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM updates and track sales pipeline
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT / SaaS)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident personality and ability to present to clients
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
